Taking you back to the alleyways of Vietnam where you will find specific stalls specializing in one thing- here at sit lo, we specialize in pho. Our menu is short and sweet to highlight the labor of love that has gone into each of your bowls.

Our beef bone broth is simmered for 72 hours to bring out the umami of the beef bones. Each bone is parboiled, scrubbed & rinsed to achieve the clarity in our soup just like our mother's would make at home.

Broth, noodles, and meat was all on point. Better of any phoivr had recently. Don't sweat missing soy sauce. It doesn't need it. Chilli oil was smokey and necessary for the full experience. See bowl for results. Viet coffee with hazelnuy is good but too sweet for me. It normally is so I sip through a quarter and add water.

Super happy they opened a location in Sac! Pho is as delicious as there other locations. Number 14 was delicious.

Best pho ever!!! I love the Sit Lo in Davis so I was super excited to see there was one opening in Sac. The broth is so rich and filling. Nice mural on the wall. Staff was nice and attentive. Thai tea is good too, not overly sweet

This is not you average Pho! The broth is full of deep umami notes and ties all the ingredients together. The tendon was very soft and tender, and the beef meatballs are definitely not store bought. This bowl lifted my spirits! The staff is attentive and very polite. This is my new favorite pho spot.
